Update User's app Resasports | Nubapp Help Center

On May 16th, we will release a significant update for the Resasports User's app. We have created this article to share with you all the new features :

1. Notification Center:

We are excited to announce the launch of our new notification center. With this update, your users will have all their notifications organized in descending order, making it easy to keep track of what's new. Unread notifications will be marked with a yellow dot, and users can delete all notifications with just a few taps. The most important feature os this is:

🚩Available Spot Notification:

The most important feature of the new notification center is the new available spot notification, a feature that allows your users to confirm their attendance for activities on the waiting list directly from the notification center. By swiping left and confirming their attendance, users can book their spot from there, making the process faster and more efficient.

2. View Users in Activity:

We are excited to announce the release of a highly requested feature! With this update, your users will now be able to view other users who have booked a spot in an activity. To make this possible, we have also introduced new privacy settings to ensure that user information is protected.

Allow the feature from sports centre. To enable this feature for specific activities, the sports center must allow it for each one.

Allow the feature from users Once the sports center has allowed the feature for an activity, users can also choose to participate by clicking on "Show my name." This will allow other users to see if they are booked for an activity and read their chat activity messages.

⚠️Important ⚠️. This feature is entirely optional. Users can choose to opt-in or opt-out at any time. If a user decides not to allow it, they will only be able to see admin messages in the chat activity and will not have access to other users' names or messages.

3. Other new privacity settings.

In addition to the previous feature, we have also launched two more privacy settings:

Allow messages. Whenever the sports center allows messages between users, each user can now decide whether to allow them or not.
Allow "Show My Name" in Search. Users can now choose whether or not to allow other users to see their name when adding them to a booking. It's important to note that if a user decides not to allow their name to be shown, other users will not be able to add them to a booking.

Minor Updates:

Delete account

Current laws require us to allow users to delete their accounts from the app. However, this will not be possible if the user is in any of the following circumstances:

They have future reservations.

They have active subscriptions.
They have pending payments.
The center does not allow account deletion.

User view

The user view has been redesigned to make it more attractive and useful.

Email verification required

Starting from this update, email verification will be required for all users. In future updates, this will be mandatory in order to use the app. This update aims to address issues related to credential recovery and related problems.

Vouchers and memberships view

The voucher list and membership list have been updated with a new design that displays more information about each item.

Receipts

Users can now download their receipts directly from the app and also set a favorite payment method.

Edit personal data from the app

Your users can now edit their personal data from their app, but only for the fields that you allow. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Users > Fields > Editable online.

Zoom available in news pictures

Your users will be able to do zoom in your news pictures

Syncronize booking with Google calendar and Ios calendar

The existing sync feature has been moved to a new location. Users can now access it by going to "My Bookings," then clicking the "Sync" button in the upper right corner.
