Next Wednesday, March 6th, we will be rolling out an update to both the admin panel and mobile applications, introducing new features and changes that we want to share with you. Below is a summary of the most significant updates:
Point of Sale in Resadmin!
We're excited to inform you that the Point of Sale has arrived in Resadmin. Starting Wednesday, you'll be able to access your center's store from your mobile device. You can make sales, create items, and much more. However, please note that at the moment, it's not possible to process returns from Resadmin. They can only be processed from the admin panel.
Orders are Coming to Resasports!
With this new functionality, you can offer products from your store through the application, making it easier for your users to purchase them. They can then pick up their purchases at your center.
A purchase order will be generated each time a user makes an online purchase. However, please note that it will not be created if the user purchases a ticket, season ticket or voucher. It will only be generated if there is a POS item on that receipt.
The receipt will include a QR code to facilitate product pickup at the center.
You can highlight some of your products to feature them on the user app's home screen.
Mark your items with immediate delivery. For example, if you have a coffee machine in your center, select this option and users will be able to pay for it through the app and take it themselves
Additionally, orders can be marked as delivered, partially delivered or to be delivered.
Important Note: This functionality is only available for centers using the Resapayments payment method.
Redesign of the point of sale in the admin panel:
We have completely revamped the interface of the point of sale in the admin panel to enhance its appeal and usability.
From here, you can also manage your users' orders.
Line item discounts on receipts: You can now apply discounts to each item on the receipt. It's important to note that these discounts won't be reflected on the receipt or reports at the moment. They will be available soon!

You can now view users' documents directly from Resadmin. You can request signatures for unsigned documents, allowing users to sign them from their own application. Additionally, you'll have the option to download these documents. As an administrator, you can accept users' documents once they're signed.
Courses
Courses
The course module of the user application has been moved. You will now find it together with bookings and subscriptions.
Users can schedule dropping out of a course from the application, provided the settings for that course allow it. This functionality makes course management easier for users and offers greater flexibility.
